Human Computer Interaction (HCI) is the study of how users interact with computers in different platforms. It deals with psychology analysis of the users and the way computer science as a tool behaves to them. Apart from that learning systems today has been intermingled with computers and technologies and the people in an education system must utilize technology as a part. Furthermore, learning system should have to use technology and computers, additionally people in an educational environment interact with computers, thus in this environment people needs a developed interaction system on learning system they use, and the issue is that do these learning system pursuit a right interaction system’s criteria. Multitudes of educational institutions today make use of Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Content Management System (LCMS) as a learning system for their organization. LMS is an interactive system which all instructors and students connect to and use it as a tool to their educational criteria. ATutor is one of the LCMSs that have been used by number of educational institutes to take advantage from. This thesis deals with the analysis of ATutor a LCMS based on the HCI principles. And it provides deep analysis on LMS in a way that it observes all parts of the ATutor and find what parts have been provided troublesome Interaction, GUI and not designed based on based HCI principles , Additionally it provides a satisfactory solution for those problems according to right interaction criteria , measures and principles to correct them. i Furthermore this Thesis provides ATutor benefits according to HCI and interaction measures like usability and user centered ness principles among others. And it provides the reasons why they are benefits and why ATutor has these benefits, according to proof interaction principles.
